- First things, first - what is Klucky Points?
Klucky Points is the best kind of club - it rewards you!
You simply buy promotional packs of Meadow Vale poultry products, save up Klucky Points, and swap them for rewards and prize draw entries.
- How do I get started?
1. Join up right here at: https://www.getclickywithklucky.co.uk/signup/
2. Bank a unique code.
You'll find your code printed on promotional packs of Meadow Vale poultry products. Look out for a 12-character code starting with the letters 'MV'.
3. Get spending.
Start browsing our rewards, discounts and prize draws. They're all yours for a few Klucky Points!
- How do I collect Klucky Points?
You can bank Klucky Points every time you enter a code.
You'll find a 12-character unique codes printed on promotional packs of Meadow Vale poultry products.
- How many Points is my pack worth?
Every code you enter will give you 10 Klucky Points.
You can start claiming rewards straight away, but for the more patient amongst us, there are some things that are definitely worth saving up for!
- What Rewards can I get with my Klucky Points?
Klucky Points is all about giving you something extra. All of our rewards have been chosen with you in mind. See all Rewards
- Do I need to pay anything?
Joining is free. However, you will need to buy promotional packs of Meadow Vale poultry products to collect Klucky Points.

- How do I become a member?
We love new members! You can join Klucky Points here.
Once you've filled in all your particulars, we'll send you a confirmation email and you can get started straight away!
- How old do I need to be to join Klucky Points?
You need to be aged 18 or over to join.
- Can I join in if I live in Northern Ireland?
Yes. Klucky Points is open to all the lovely residents of UK, Isle Of Man and The Channel Islands.
- How do I sign in to my account?
Tap your email and password into the box at the top of the page.
- Help! I can’t remember my password! What shall I do?
Don’t worry, we all do it! Click on here or in the login box and we’ll email you right back with a link to reset your password.
- How do I change my account details?
Sign in and head to the ‘My Account’ page. Select ‘Member details’ to edit your email and delivery addresses or choose ‘Email preferences’ to subscribe (or unsubscribe) to our lovely emails.
- Where can I see what I’ve ordered?
Sign in and head to the ‘My Account’ page. You’ll see your Klucky Points balance and any previous transactions.
- How do I enter my code?
Sign in to your account and you’ll see an ‘Enter a code’ box on the right hand side of the page. Tap in the digits and go for it!
- I can’t read my code
Have some of the characters misprinted? Have another look and try typing what you can see. If you’re having real trouble, our helpline can assist. Contact Us.
- My code isn’t recognised
Your code should be made up from these characters. Make sure you’re not mixing them up with something else.

- My code thinks it’s already been banked
That doesn’t sound right, unless someone else in your household got there first? Our helpline will assist, so Contact Us.
- My delivery address is wrong. Can I change it?
Our helpline will try to assist, so Contact Us.
Please remember to change it in the ‘My Account’ section so we can send future rewards to the correct address.
- It’s been over 28 days and I’m still waiting for my reward.
Any idea where it is?

- Can I change my mind on the reward I’ve ordered?
Unfortunately we’re unable to offer Klucky Points refunds and exchanges on unwanted items.
- What happens if I don’t have access to a computer?
Klucky Points is a web-only promotion, so you will need internet access to participate.
Could you use a smartphone or a tablet? Or perhaps an internet café, or a public library.
- The Klucky Points website isn’t behaving itself
Close the website and your internet browser and do something else for a minute. Then re-launch it.
A re-launch usually works but if you’re still having a problem, our helpline will assist. Contact Us.
- How do you randomly select entries?
Winning names are selected randomly via a secure, computerised system that has been approved by the IPM (Institute of Promotional Marketing).
We work closely with the IPM to make sure all our Prize Draws meet with their recommendations.
- How will I know if I've won?
We will contact the winner soon after the draw date via phone or email using the details you’ve given to us, so make sure they are correct!
If we can’t contact the winner after a set period, we will redraw another winner at random from the remaining entries.
